For custom creations, please include as much detail as possible, such as the product you are interested in, names or wording, preferred colors, approximate size, and any reference images. Bunny will review your ideas and help determine the best way to bring your design to life.
How Orders Are Completed
All purchases and payments are completed securely through our Etsy shop. After the design details are confirmed, Bunny will direct you to the appropriate Etsy listing to complete your order.
Response Time
Bunny will respond as soon as possible, usually within one to two business days. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or periods with a high number of custom requests.
